Beautiful decorative and traditional thai buildings. The room was large and felt grand and comfortable.

The facilities set a bit run down. The property was quite messy with things falling off the walls and debris and mess around the place that was not cleaned up for the days we were there.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and amazing accommodation

This is a stunning hotel, everything you would expect from a five star hotel service and facilities , The hotel itself is styled like an authentic Thai palace/Temple which is both peaceful and beautiful, The suite we stayed in was generously sized/huge and styled tastefully internally, outdoor shower and a huge internal bath, fully fitted kitchen area. Outside it had its own 18m2 plunge pool and relaxation area. Quick reliable WiFi and good T. V The breakfast was served at our table from choices we made ala carte the previous day, there was so much food it looked like a banquet presented to us and we hadn't even chosen all the available options to us, The hotel leads directly on to lamai beach so it perfectly located and it's entrance sits just off at the end of the main strip so just a short walk to the multitude of lovely restaurants and fun bars and shops We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a month long trip to Thailand and my wife and I both agreed that this hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at this trip and will definitely book again if we stay in Lamai in the future

Flawless. One of the most unique, over-the-top (in the best sense of the word) and magnificent hotels Ive ever been to. The staff was great, breakfast was amazing, everything was simply perfect.

Amazing, thank you !

The staff was absolutely amazing. Especially the hotel manager (from England). He and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always there to help out with every question we had. The private pool was a luxuary, the common pool area was very comfortable, the WiFi 10/10, it was quiet and the best place to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Thats very subjective and complaining on the highest possible level: The rooms were very big. A little too big for my personal taste. I guess there are people who have smaller houses than these rooms.

Beautiful buildings like a Temple made the stay quite unique

The Temple like villas. Own private plunge pool

The jets in the plunge pool were defective which was a shame and the soak away from the outside shower needed cleaning including the shower head which was partially blocked with limescale.

I wouldnt go back to Lamai but if I did then I would stay there again 100%. A but if updating and it would be a 9/1

room was fantastic - sea view villa with private pool . Comfortable bed and very good fan / ac combo. right on beach .staff very attentive and excellent .

place definitely looks a little tired in places with obvious things that need to be replaced or just taken away . Pool table looked like driftwood coming in with other rubbish from tide .

Beautiful villa, lovely Thai palace style grounds, yummy brekkie and and comfortable touches

The villa, pool and grounds were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and we loved the breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish on thr beach and floating in the water after the rainy season and the resort uses bottled water. Would be good to have water filters, less bottles and no plastic straws.
