Not worth the money

Spacious room, great view.

We booked for 4 people and got only two blankets. We asked for another two and it took 15 minutes for housekeeping to bring and they brought only one, then another 7-8 minutes to bring the second one. Secondly, controlling temperature in the room was a nightmare. Housekeeping did not know how to heat the room and said they will fix it but they didn't. We had to shut down the AC because it was only giving cold air. Thirdly, for a five star hotel the breakfast was very poor. No bread in the buffet. No juice dispensers, a very small cheese and cold meat selection. I didn't really like it , and we are not going back there.

The view was amazing with these ground to ceiling windows

The windows are dirty and need to be cleaned to complete your experience, You have to ask for a bathrobe and slippers and dental kit theyre not there, but they responded quickly

Disappointing

Non helpful and every thing said talk with booking its nut our problem

Location only

I booked by booking non refund and staying half time but they charged me full amount ass they say this is booking rules But i now if I book and need cancellation sum day there is no rules to take full amount

Everything is great

The food quality is the only thing we didn't like ,its obvious that the quality of food doesn't meet this establishment, also portion and presentation is very low ,suits a 2 star hotel ,other than that the hotel is excellent and will stay there again , hope they fix this issue with their head cheif , the shower drainage should be bigger in both shower and near the tub

Location is Suburb Staff very Friendly and helpful Valet very Fast and Efficient Swimming Pool can be Enlarged as it sound a bit small to be called Swimming Pool .
