We liked everything about the Amman International Hotel We were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival We had the most Amazing suite The breakfast was delicious Room service was excellent Evening meal was delicious and very big portions The hotel guest relations Yara was absolutely amazing she organised all our trips and was there every morning to greet us with her lovely smile and to make sure we were ok We will definitely be back sometime as I've never experienced such hospitality any where in the world Thank you Yara and staff Special thanks to mohamd our wonderful driver

Beautifully decorated,attentive staff

Great service , very attentive customer service , Ms.Yara has contacted me with a warming message a day before our arrival. Soon as we arrived to the reception we were well greeted by hotel staff. Breakfast was great the room itself was super nice loved the decor. Will definitely come back .

We were there just for a night before our flight! Wished we could stay longer

Everything was amazing, the service is beyond all imagenations the stuff is very polite and waiting to serve you with pleasure Yara the customer service manager was fantastic she answered all our requests with a smile and positive attitude Thank you everyone

Nice hotel, disappointing last night.

Front door welcome, pool area, rooms were clean and spacious

We returned for a final Jordan night to this hotel and one of our party was upgraded to a suite and the other was not. Im not sure how they did not know this would be insulting and we were both disappointed.
