Excellent choice for a short stay on the outskirts

Peaceful location on the outskirts of Gandhinagar, with covered parking available. Nice and friendly staff. Spacious room with all the basic amenities. Beautiful space available for walking outside (it's part of a society complex).

Looks great from the pictures and reviews

Breakfast was lovely, room looked nice spacious and clean, good size bathroom and liked the separate toilet, shower and sink. Beds and sofa bed was comfortable. Nearly had all the facilities you would need expect for a hairdryer, which you need to ask for.

In the downstairs car park, it was so dark as my mum was getting out the vehicle and going round, she tripped over your concrete stoppers, more light and painting need to be put in so it's more visible. My mum hurt her hip and knee, and was the first thing that was wrong and bad with the place, before we had even entered the premises. My sister asked for a hairdryer, which they said they would bring, so washed her hair and it never arrived, went to sleep with damp hair and head, which resulted in her being a little unwell for a few days. They didn't/couldnt provide more than one key card, so when I needed to be let in my room late one night, the staff member unexplainably rang the bell, while still holding the key card in his hand, resulting in my mum and sister waking up for no reason, when I obviously could have done exactly the same thing, when all that was needed was for him to open my door and not ring for the doorbell. And on the second night when going to bed, on both beds and pillows, I found little insects/bugs. I asked for the bedsheets and pillowcases to be changed, which they did promptly, but still on one of the beds was a few little bugs. This something I did not expect, in such an establishment and with the amount of money I was spending for just a two night stay. Its didn't make me or my mum feel comfortable to sleep in the bed that night, so we slept on top of the blanket, using our own clothes as bedsheets. Also at breakfast for both days I asked for a cup of coffee, which never came, therefore resulting in me asking two to three times more, while I would see them making for others who had asked after me, so would ask again, however by then most of my breakfast got cold.

Comfortably sized room for 4 people. Nice surroundings. Nice hot shower.

Very Pleasant Surprise

This place was a very pleasant surprise because it was a last minute booking for the Ind v Pak match for the ODI World Cup in Oct'23. The place is not just relatively close to the NM Stadium (about 20 min drive), it is neat, spacious and well equipped in the room. We shared a 3-bed room between 3 of us, and were very happy with the living space and the facilities. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake!

Nice clean rooms,

The Location is away from the crowded City, hence were wonderfully peaceful. But that does not mean any lack of facilities. The room sizes are good.

The Hotel asked for check-out earlier than as per the booking.com

Value for money but not a pleasant experience, would be okay if you have to spend a night there

Breakfast and buffet dinner were good, the restaurant had a good spread and the wait staff in the restaurant were good and helpful. That by far was the only good thing about the hotel that I can write.

The hotel is not maintained properly or clean, its way off the main road and only caters to people who have work in the area of the hotel. The lift was not working properly, the rooms were dirty, the housekeeping was dismal.
