The hotel was as central as it gets....great for sightseeing.......theatres and restaurants.....the staff at the hotel were first class

Leaving this fab hotel.....we should of stayed another x3 days !!!

Overall lovely hotel with fabulous breakfast.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with a comfortable bed. Quality breakfast.

In the mini bar, the half bottle of white wine had already been opened and half drunk. In the biscuit and sweet jar there was a used tissue. This was disappointing for a high end hotel.

The room was a good size and looked out over the river and had everything you needed. Lovely touches were on check in the reception staff knew you had stayed before and welcomed you back. Dcor of hotel is lovely. All staff are very friendly and chatty. The location is amazing, in the heart of central London, everything is on your door step. Nice cake to say welcome back in the room.

Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The location was fantastic and in walking distance of Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Soho & Theatre District, etc . Dinner before a show at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the view of the Strand was amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location

The building and decor were beautiful and in excellent condition. The location is perfect for central London sightseeing. Staff were lovely and the food was excellent. No complaints at all

Brilliant stay in center of London - can't get a better location

Staff was super friendly and amazingly helpful. Rooms are a decent size (for city center London) and the free refreshments in the room (some water, Cokes, chips) are a nice gesture. Location of the hotel is right next to Travalgar Square and Charing Cross / Embankment stations so super convenient.

There was an occasional very low rumble in the room - nothing very loud or too bothersome but we guess it might be trains from the station...? I didn't bother us too much luckily
