The friendliness of the staff. Everyone was amazingly helpful. The pool was very well maintained and clean. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Expensive rooms for this hotel. Food from the restaurant was not that good.

Location was good. staff and pool also quite good. Reception is 24 hr so more useful.

just a issue with special request bed. I requested double or king bed while it was single bed and when we request d to get changed they join the bed but use 2 single quilt in horizontally so we noticed when we back to room around 1 a.m so no point to get help again ASAP.

Cockroaches are every where in hotel room ( I have vedio).. Demanding as 4 star but You don't maintain the 4 star status. Providing no toiletries for guests .After asking several times to your management your house keeping provide Soap and dental kit.extra pillows, dental pest and brush, slippers, Make up my rooms with dirty used bed sheets, No arrangements of sitting chair, sofa .. Check in time is 03.00P.M. but check out time is 11.00 A.M. which is againest international hotel act. Don't give the value of Hotel guests money. I never saw such 3rd class hotel in my life whose are demanding 4star category hotel. In my opinion you are Grade less hotel.

Great rooftop pool and room that met all the needs!

Close to the beach and Bangla road. Rooftop pool was amazing! Food was good.

Aircon not as good. Couldnt leave it running while you are gone as needs the key card.

Great location, good rooms. Pool lacks shade.

Room was great with pool view. Staff excellent friendly and helpful.

Pool is too open, no character, no greenery overhead. Didn't feel motivated to use either of the pools. Breakfast isn't great, only discovered in last day that there is a secret stash of bacon by the eggs. Unless freshly cooked the eggs were often cold and like rubber. I was reasonably happy with fruit and yoghurt. Coffee was pretty grim.
