Exceptional

Beautiful, peaceful, traditional accomodation with the most wonderful and caring staff.

The most beautiful staff, they were all so kind and caring! The room was so pretty, comfortable and clean. Very traditional! Breakfast was delicious each morning. They booked us amazing adventures too, always happy to organise activities and transport.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

The bed and pillows were one of the best. Very spacious. Location was very convenient. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Hot water only in one of the 3 bathrooms. Couldn't enjoy the ambience as the villas are not part of the hotel

Hidden gem in Chiang Mai

Great location, lovely rooms with jacuzzi bath, great reception staff.

Poor water pressure in the main shower. Room not cleaned if not out by mid-morning.

Lovely setting, like a mini oasis from the city heat with a pool. Traditional Thai style. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Great price.

Air conditioning unit needed fixing so we could turn the fan speed down to sleep better during the night.

Hidden Paradise

Our hotel room was beautiful and stunning. We made good use of the big spa tub in the room and the bed was firm yet comfy. The staff were always present in the courtyard to say hi to and were very attentive during breakfast. This hotel is in a great location, quiet on the streets, but within comfortable walking range to night markets and the city center (we are avid walkers).

The courtyard pool was too cold for our taste. We really wanted to enjoy it, but we opted for the spa tub in the room instead. The tv in the room was giving us some trouble. We couldn't figure it out, but we decided the tv wasn't even necessary in the midst of the outdoor beauty.

Paradise oasis in the heart of the city, traditional Thai style with modern amenities

Everything about this hotel is ideal. The traditional feel and layout is so lovely, whilst having all the modern amenities. The staff are incredible, the omelette was the best we have eaten, ever. Lovely sitting by the pool in an oasis for breakfast or drinks. Beautiful hotel rooms (the bathroom is exceptional) very comfy beds - Thailand is known for having harder style but these were lush. Walking distance to so many places - including the night market. Highly recommend going to 137 Pillars House for high tea or a drink. Again the staff couldn't have been more accommodating, so many happy faces and we look forward to going back. It's an absolute hidden treasure in the heart of the hustle and bustle.

Very welcoming staff Clean rooms, Good breakfast

Unfortunately Internet connection in the room is weak for online meeting or video phone calls. But one of the staff members made a suggestion to use a place close to the router- which worked fine.
