The perfect escape from the stresses of work - beautiful, pristine, quiet and serene.

The staff are extraordinarily professional, friendly, and attentive - it is clear they have received training to the highest possible standard. This added to the peaceful nature of this beautiful retreat. The food was magnificent, the flowers and surroundings, pools and chalets were exquisite.

We loved every part of this stay. Some ideas (not at all taking anything away from this gorgeous retreat)... the spa would definitely benefit from offering shoulder-only or back-only massages, as only full body massages are offered, which (while amazing!) may not suit everyone - and men in particular may only be used to back only or shoulder only massages. This may boost bookings! Also, the restaurant would benefit from offering almond milk (or a milk alternative) and would definitely benefit from offering gluten-free breads, pasta and pizza - as this is now such a hugely popular diet, especially with the myriad of auto-immune issues caused by the heavy-gluten diet. We were fine, as we stuck to rice and potato and replaced bread with hash browns at breakfast. Delicious food though!

A great place to enjoy the peace, quiet, and sound of the waves

A perfect place to get away from everything. The location made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The room was huge, and so was the bed. Two pools were great as it meant neither was overly busy. On all occasions the pool nearer to us was empty, great for a morning swim. The proximity of the beach is also nice for a walk, and the sound of the waves are a perfect backdrop to everything you do. The staff were great. I'd especially like to call out the staff at the restaurant, they were friendly without fail. I'd suggest adjusting your mindset to work on Bali time, you'll enjoy it even more.

good location, big room

housekeeping took personal items, after asking management they say they did not find anything after 2min. no trust, watch out and place valuables in safe. during the night it was a strong smell of burned trash. beach is dirty. many things overpriced, e.g. motorbike rental 200k, taxi service 250k for 6km. shades in the room were not possible to open because of defect. please improve.

I didnt like that there were several small cockroaches and one large one in the bathroom. two alive and two dead. it spoiled the impression a little (I have a photos and videos of it)

Nice location with pool, restaurant. Nice looking beach Good that I could change the Bungalow, one a bit away from the sea and the noise of the waves

I was in the bugalow with oceanview. the closest to the sea. It was very loud due to the sound of the waves during the night. Several times I woke up during the night, startled. It sounded like thunders or an earthquake at first. So it was not a good base for a deep sleep. It is expensive to wash your clothes at the hotel laundry service.

Lovely, everything about it was perfect!

Everything about this property was magnificent, the rooms were clean, the staff were extremely friendly, the food was fantastic and to end it all off the sound of the waves was a cherry on top of the cake. We loved everything about our stay!

The only thing we disliked was the fact that it is quite far away from everything, very secluded and away from restaurants but if youre looking for a quiet getaway this is your best option!

Superb

Superb resort with excellent room size

The room was an excellent size with good facilities. Breakfast was very good. The resort is very beautiful. Staff were very helpful.

The dinner we ordered was not very good but we weren't charged for it. The view from our villa was not good and just of the back of the large building in front. This was disappointing given how beautiful the rest of the resort is.

Quit location, nice for all ages

Loved the place, the rooms were private and secluded, almost like having your own cabana with a flowers garden. There were 2 infinity pools, one great for families with kids, another one for adults (although not specifically labeled as such, that is how people were using them while we were there). Food at the restaurant was good, loved the bubur.

We needed a private car to get there and back (could not find a grab, gojek ride), which is also an advantage as the location is really tranquil and not crowded.
