Enjoyable. Would consider it again if budget allows.

Room was clean and comfortable. Standard ammenities. They do not provide snacks though, just water. Location was great, walking distance within malls with cheap shopping options, or upscale malls if you prefer. Opposite platinium and walking distance to siam, MBK, close to Terminal 21 and there is 2 cheap night markets just across the road from the hotel too. Breakfast wasn't too bad, decent spread.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Great facilities. An oasis in the middle of Bangkok.

The location was great. Closer to most activities in Bangkok. Easy to get taxis.

Huge room, huge toilet, very comfortable beds. Great location as it is within walking distance of all the shopping locations.

The breakfast situation was chaotic and pretty horrifying. Children and chairs everywhere, tables that were not cleared.

We enjoyed our stay! Good location. Excellent frontline service staff, concierge and housekeeping.

Breakfast above average. Service staff are attentive.

Need to climb the stairs to hotel main entrance. Access to hotel not wheelchair friendly. Our relatives came visited us at the hotel, theres no proper coffee house for us to host them, hotel only has drinking bar. We ended up standing around the lobby to chat.
