Fantastic Stay. Great Family Resort!

Stayed at the One Room Suite. We had 2 suites next to each other. The property is gorgeous and all rooms are far apart to give a sense of privacy. The entire property (especially the suites) are on a hill and are tirelessly catered to by golf carts. The staff is extremely cordial and the carts are made available within a minute of the request. Most rooms (even the non suites) are sea facing. The deluxe rooms are closer to the pool and the main restaurant. A visit to the Jetty Bar is a must.

The suites are placed in a block. Each block is in 3 levels, with 2 suites per level. You have to climb down to the suites (incase you are allotted a suite accordingly). It is not too much of a bother but the deluxe rooms seems to be better connected with easier access.

The rooms are overpriced, everything was dirty, towels were stained, shower was flooding the room, monitor lizard infested beach. Do not stay here, it is a big scam.

Great service at club level. Wouldnt return to Patong.

Club level staff were amazing. They were the most attentive genuine people. Excellent service that has spoilt us, as we expected the same at our next hotel in Phuket just doesnt compare.

Didnt like Patong itself, quite a dump really. Was disappointed to turn up to our room (club 1 bed ocean view) and find the remnants of the previous occupants hair, tissues on the floor. Mirrors all smeared. Hair conditioned drops stuck to times etc yuk ..Was awful and not a great start. They deep cleaned it (no comment on that) apologised and paid for our dinner that night. The ocean view wasnt that great either. Room 6216. So dont expect too much.

comfortable bed, very tasty buffet breakfast, short walk to swim at the beach , pool with drinks :)

The beds & pillows were very comfortable, location from Patong beach was just a short walk, there were two pools very close to our room with plenty of pool chairs & gazebos & umbrellas
