Great, but...

General layout of the hotel and the location and facilities were great!

Found a dead cockroach in the room at check in. Room was visibly cleaned and in great condition, so it might have died after the room was prepared. Still very disappointing first impression in your hotel room

The staff was very nice, warm and welcoming. We loved the rooftop bar and the breakfast and the rooms have incredible views. Also nice location if you want to explore the city.

The rooftop bar offers great views and a pool but is quite overpriced

Stunning views, great staff

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel (almost a year ago) was the views. We requested a high room, and when we checked in we were delighted to see wed been given a corner room on one of the highest floors. The views across Bangkok were spectacular. Rooftop pool area is quite small but it was never busy and always chilled out. Gym is small but has everything you need for a quick session.

Zero complaints, everything was brilliant. We didnt spend much time in the room, but an option to broadcast Netflix/Spotify etc would be useful for guests.

Room was spacious and with very comfortable bed. I had best sleep during my whole trip. Also the view from bed was amazing. Loved the pool. The views amazing both during the day and night. Delicious breakfast.

The rooftop at sunset was such a treat. Staff were very helpful. Super lovely June flagged down our taxi and fixed the price with driver for us.

Simply great :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arranged our taxis via the front desk which was cheap and reliable. Breakfast was not too busy, varied and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.
