Good

Location was great walking distance to Taj Mahal. Staff were pleasant enough.

The room was small and cramped with a tiny window. The toilet smelt, and the tap water in sink stunk. It's definitely not worth what we paid for.

Great location, helpful staff but need to ensure hot water and air conditioning are provided

Clean room. Helpful staff. Nice home-cooked breakfast and dinner options with ability to meet other guests. Great location.

Air conditioner didn't work in our room. Hot water not working in either of our 2 rooms on our last night there and the next morning. This is the most basic requirement of any hotel room and certainly what I would expect when paying so much for each room. Very loud music from nearby venues until late night and dogs barking and other sounds early in the morning.

Great to visit the Taj from.

It's a quirky hotel, full of character. They were doing a lot of building work on the 3rd floor when we were there. Dinner and breakfast are all eaten together which was great as you get to meet lots of interesting people. They gave us excellent tips with regard to where to eat, what to see, and how to get there. The Taj Mahal guide, they gave us was brilliant His name was Anil, do try and get him. Afterward, he took us to a carpet showroom, where we did buy a carpet. we were then taken to a jewelry center, which wasn't so pleasant as it was just all hard sell. But as a guide Anil was exceptional. The hotel had a few quirks like the hot water ran out sometimes, and room 7 was really cold. The view from the top of the hotel is amazing, and great for panoramic shots. As hotels go in the area, this is a great hotel, try and get the 2nd floor it's warmer. Yes, I would come back here if I had reason to visit the area again. The staff are just lovely

One of the best hotels we had in India

Really nice and friendly staff. The food is absolutely recommendable, do not hesitate to grab dinner here in a friendly atmosphere with the chance to meet the other guests.

Superb

An excellent Home Stay experience.

A warm welcome, we were looked after fabulously well. The location couldnt be better. Breakfasts were spot on. Room was super comfortable.

There was some noisy building work going on during the day but the improvements will enhance your stay and they should be finished in early 2024.

Very nice house and friendly staff

Very nice house with extremely friendly staff. The rooftop is a big plus, although it was under construction. A big plus is the breakfast/ dinner together with other guests. Especially the traditional dinner was amazingly tasty. It's also very well located to walk to the Taj Majal and you have some ATM nearby, what is also convenient. The room was very big a very clean.

If you book one of the biggest rooms located in the first floor, it can get very noisy, as you hear all the guests having breakfast and dinner there. There was no room service in the three nights we stayed.

Very friendly staff. Family run. Home cooked meals. Organized great tour with Muhammad. Our best guide in India. Also tuktuk driver Babloo also very good.
