Location is great, 1 min walk from the beach, restaurants and shoppings

The restaurant at the hotel were not safe for my kid with food allergies : regular french fries were fried in the same oil as the shrimps, they should have kid safe meal at least!

Activities were all booked. Advertised breakfast locations not available. Pool area including lunch area and bar closed at 2:00 pm for a event scheduled for 11:00 pm

Overall nice hotel but for the price we wanted more.

Location. Towels generous. Clean. Not great hotel for couples.

At these prices we were surprised what wasnt included - No wine glasses included. No coffee mugs included (paper ones dont count!) No cutlery included.

The hotel was located in central Waikiki and with no prior warning on check in, with 2 young children, we were allocated a room next to a huge deck party area, with a sliding door that wouldnt fully close and noise so loud the beds shook.

Location.

Too many people too little elevators. No room service. Some people are stocked juice, we were not despite paying for first class service. Restaurants in hotel were subpar.

First time staying here, view was great got the ocean front since we had to wait 2hrs to check in.

We pre-checked in at 10am but the check in was 3pm so we went out to spend some time and came back at 3pm but the room was not cleaned so we had to wait for another 2 hrs. But when we came back they said room was full so we got an upgrade. And bathroom was tiny!!!
