Very nice and spacious

Good location , nice breakfast spread and very helpful staff

Under the bed was never hoovered when we were there , I watched increasing pile of dust . The bed arrangement was odd , with small duvets for both of us separately . Safe didnt work, but we were given the staff key to use it - so all good there. Breakfast area is too small, they should have time slots . And perhaps another person to man it . When Spanish people descended on the coffee area - it was impossible to get a coffee

Great hotel in a perfect location

Great location easy walk to the main square and lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast quite cramped in the mornings as small area but its manageable and staff are all friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable we needed more than one pillow but housekeeping brought these quickly.

Need bigger bath towels as not large enough and bath mat was so small it was sodden in no time. More hangers in the wardrobes. Also light flashes by door constantly lighting up the room

A beautiful city with great food, friendly people and an ideal city break location.

Lovely building, great location and lovely staff.

Nothing, although there is no bar at the hotel the city has lots of bars and places to eat for all budgets

The most dishonest people Ive had to deal with in an accommodation

None of the positives are worth mentioning in contrast to the negatives.

Pretty much everything else. They are dishonest. The pictures of the rooms are a terrible reflection of the rooms themselves. Avoid the ground floor (reception floor) rooms at all cost. They are very small with tiny beds. We arrived in the evening only to realise that the double bed was very small. The room was tiny as well. Literally an glorified closet with a bathroom. We requested another room but the receptionist said they were fully booked and that i should wait for the manager to come the following day at 8AM. The fully booked part was a lie. Booking was showing plenty of free rooms. The following morning we got to the reception and the new receptionist told us that the manager was in the hospital. After we complained to her as well she came to our double room to see the bed and she was asking us how big a bed should be to qualify as a large bed. Mind numbing situation. Once again they said theres nothing they can do for us as they are fully booked. Another lie, according to booking. We were very tired and we lost our patience and started making a scene and at that point they finally told us they just found a room which is free but that they were doing us a favour cause that was a better type of room. The expected result was that the new room was very similar to the pictures of the standard room. No apologies were offered just a reminder that the room is better than what we paid for with a very sarcastic smile on the receptionists face. And the worst thing was that they kept asking us how we would fix the problem we didnt create.

Disappointed travel to Krakow few times a year but wont stay there again

Location, great middle of the city

Design of the room and layout not the best, room next to the lift , noisy, heating the controls in the rooms are not really helpful if the heating is on timer any way, so you cant override it, cooked breakfast only couple items and they were not looking great, I understand not everyone is looking for bacon, eggs, etc but if is not popular why not cook it to order ? And serve it fresh, polish site of breakfast better but not for everyone, lady on the reception in the morning was really nice but night shift not so much

Breakfast was hit and miss. If you went a bit later not everything was restocked. We had a sky light in the room but no way to cover it up, very bright in a morning

Our room was not really clean because my socks caught a bunch of hair and dust on the floor of my room There are some steam drops / water drops in the mineral water bottle ( The water bottles looks like it hasn't been opened for drinking in a long time.in our room
