Review 1: The hotel has a convenient location but has a small parking garage. The room lacked a bathtub and had a stained shower pan. The mini fridge has a 2-hour limit and lack of a small freezer dr (Read More)awer. The check-in experience was not helpful. However, the hotel was clean, offered a good breakfast, had plenty of plugs, and a pull-out couch. Review 2: The hotel is in a good location and is easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. Some issues included the inconvenient bathroom layout, flat pillows, and the lack of plain scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Review 3: The hotel is close to hospitals and highways. The room was clean and had necessary amenities. However, there were noise issues from door slamming and loud cars. The parking garage is small and lacks security. The breakfast options were limited. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Additional Comment: Rooms were clean and of good size, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Exhausted and disgusted

The location was near our destination. The breakfast was pretty good.

We booked a Marriott room instead of something cheaper because my wife has a serious medical condition and had an important procedure the next day. She had asked for something clean above all else so we splurged to try and ensure that she'd get a Marriott standard of cleanliness before her procedure. Instead we found a huge horrifying stain and buildup of crud on the floor of the shower that was about two feet semicircle of green and black that my wife described as "chunky" and was so grossed out she wouldn't even get into the shower. This is EXACTLY what we meant to avoid and was closer to what you'd expect from the cheapest run down motel in town than the Marriott. Then we had helicopters landing that sounded like they were inside the room and sirens and other engine noise all night so we didn't sleep either. So instead of going to her procedure rested and clean which is what we paid for she headed into the medical procedure exhausted and disgusted. Shame on you Marriott.

I had a procedure done at the Presbyterian Hospital and couldn't have been happier. The SpringHill Suites are directly across from the hospital and they have a sky bridge adjoining them. When I was released from the hospital, a sweet young lady wheeled me directly to my room. Needless to say... I'd recommend it to anyone!!!

The place is nice, rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast not so much, and responsiveness to fix stuff isnt very great eit

So the property itself is very nice, I was annoyed with the leaky toilet that they never fixed so I got to hear it drain all night. The gym was very nice and overall the facility is nice.

The breakfast is very lackluster especially for the facility. The parking situation is awful as well.
