Need severe improvements

Property detail says deluxe room with balcony but there was no balcony. It said no smoking and drinking within the premises but people were smoking and drinking the whole night making it uncomfortable for my family. The room description says with a mountain view but the provided rooms didn't have any view at all. Bedsheets were torn. Not worth it at this high cost.

Only extra mattresses offered, but not extra bed.

Rooms are clean and decently spacious. View from hotel is good.

We have booked 2 rooms . 1 Room with 2 beds for 2 adults and 2 children and 2nd room for 3 adults with 1 bed. However, we are provided with additional mattresses, but not the bed. Location is very difficult to reach through very narrow road .

Passable

Rooms were spacious and staff was very helpful. Very calm, neat and clean place. Staff listen to our queries and co-operate very well. Overall stay was nice except limited facilities.

There is no facility for breakfast, no provision of drinking water on all floors, I felt it was not value for money. Tariff should have been lesser.

the guest have to keep self with all the required items cos nearby there is no shopes

staff are excellent

there is no tissue paper at room nearby property there is no restaurant and supermarkets from city to albisville the road was very narrow and like off-road
