Quiet area.. stores , beach and shopping mall 5min drive from motel..

Might need bit upgrade with room.. other than that it was clean and comfortable.. Reception just took payment on arrival but did not tell us wether restaurant next door was available?? Or where to enter pool area and if sauna and hot tubs were available for us..

Location and staff. Nice rooms, bath & shower are very good.

No free wifi. Room furniture was a little outdated, normal wear and tear. Clean but some things could be replaced.

Mostly enjoyed the stay.

We liked that the room was clean enough, the bed comfortable, but really only had the basics. The room had the bare minimum, no extras, like extra blankets or pillows, no directory to order from, The cleaning staff were excellent and gave extra linen as we asked them for it. The spa and pools were close by so that was a bonus. Enjoyed these facilities.

We booked this place for specific reasons, most were filled. One reason was not filled. That being the booking sight stated that we could purchase breakfasts and or other meals and that there was a restaurant to purchase from within this property. None of this was the case, we ended up with no food and had to go out to leave sight to purchase food. This was not why we chose this property. False advertising needs to be corrected and the details of it/when the restaurant will be open again.

Nice and comfortable bed, easy to get from there to where we wanted to go

We read in bed and no lighting over it. We cook and it was lacking a few items,small sharp knife,potatoe peeler.

We had ourselves plus our two children. But only three beds. I had requested an extra bed during the booking process. Due to a traffic accident we arrived late so we just made do. No wifi password provided. There were not enough towels, only one face cloth, only two glasses etc Customer service was friendly and the free parking was great!

Didnt get the chance to

I turned upto check in, nobody was at reception I had called while I was in reception no one picks up and this was about 5-6 times so I called a number that was on reception counter 4 times and still no one picks up, I arrived about 6:30 7:30pm so check in was still valid, this was a timeframe of 15-20mins waiting time, I go to the restaurant that was next door and asked who was running the reception area and the guy was sitting in the restaurant at the table not eating or anything. Proceeded to reception told my details and they had double booked my room and someone was already in there, I had asked how could this be Im the person who has booked this room which he clearly saw my name but he clearly couldnt make out what had happened, he then proceeded not to find a better outcome or find someone to help him understand the booking or even offer to place me in a different room or offer me one while looking lost on the booking sheet on the computer. To be told this and waiting around for someone was not a great experience and poor service. I work in this same industry and to be not welcomed nor sorry for his unattendance and not served with proper customer care was not at all here at this motel.
