Basicly a very nice place, if staff was more helpful and the premises was looked after a lot better (stayed in the old, big house, can not answer for the bungalows across the road, which seems to be a lot newer). Fantastic view over lake. Good service from restaurant across the road.

Staff seemed unwilling to give the kind of service you are normally used to in a hotel. Restaurant playing "disco music" so loud it was unbearable to eat there. Had to have my dinner brought to the reception.

Unfortunately a very uncomfortable and sleepless night in a dirty property.

Two free bottles of 500ml water. Strong air conditioning. Mosquito repellent in the room (but did not work)

Beds were very uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were covered in dust and had stains. WiFi did not work well. Extremely thin walls and was kept up all night by noisy neighbours next door. Hot water did not work and stayed lukewarm. The vents opened and seemed to allow mosquitos into the room. Quite a strong smell from the bathroom. Holes in the structure of the wall which showed mold. Mold on the mattress.

Next to a screaming family in the adjoining cottage. Bar closed too early. Part of the shower door was missing and had not been replaced.

The stay was made great by the restaurant, bar and pool staff!! Thank you guys.

Restaurant, bar and associated staff. Peter is an outstanding member of the Alagoa restaurant team, and deserves a special mention. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant, so helpful and kind.

Good property, good food but a lot of mismanagement

The resort is good along with the food

Mismanagement was there. We booked a cottage, and the AC wasn't working. We've been provided other cottage but house keeping wasn't informed and when we're not in cottage, our cottage was opened without our consent and extra bed was setup.
