Decent hotel at good location

Welcoming staff & food in the restaurant. Although the options were limited in the food menu but everything that we ordered was delicious.

Hotel still has old carpets & need to improve on amenities in the room, especially the tea cups & tea/coffee option in the room.

Good hotel with great staff

Every single staff member was excellent from arrival till departure: professional, kind, flexible and pro-active. Good value breakfast buffet, tasty pizza. Nice pool. It is well located for visits to several malls and walking distance to the Al Ameen mosque

Clean and friendly staff, I booked here more than 4 times. Hopefully to comeback again

The parking in the basement are difficult to reach because of the entrance, there should be gradual dropping down

Marooj lived up to its name GRAND

My trip was excellent I loved the breakfast and the delicious dinners Manoj was so kind and always smiling and helpful so too was udari the reception staff especially rahma restautant staff and the manager ashraf who was so accomodating after a minor incident which resulted in a free dinner of which I had the most expensive on the menu Thank you murooj hotel Zali.h

Recommended for few days stay

The house keeping and restaurant staff are very nice, generous, helpful, comfortable bed, decent sized rooms, nice rooftop pool with great views, location is convenient.

The water pressure takes very long to fill up the bath, windows are very dirty and dusty.
