Very good

loved my first room, hated the suite and the fact they made me wait five hours to check in.

Breakfast was OK, portions a bit mean

suite was horrible. dark, uncomfortable/stupid design, TV hopeless, aircon difficult to use. I hated it.

A game of two halves. Staff were nice, but incapable of doing those things that make the difference

I stayed in two rooms, two nights in a standard room and three in a suite. The standard room was terrific, the suite was awful. The design of the standard room was spot on, and everything worked as it should.

In the suite, basic comfort clearly sacrificed to attain a certain look. This was an awful room to stay in, very dark, vey little natural light with dim lighting, uncomfortable fittings and no bedside tables, with cubby holes instead behind the bed which were a nightmare I can't fault the bed and linen, but what is the point in installing a Smart TV when it doesn't have any streaming services and the majority of channels are worthless. Why not have Netflix at least? Aircon was hit and miss and the bathrroom/balcony window had to be closed. I HATED this room. Room service forgot my beer and didn't bring S&P - a basic mistake, but then the dish wasn't great, anyway.

There are a lot of usefully things inside the room but not instructions to use them( including coffee machine ) The reception personnel is rigid and not very friendly . The breakfast selection was the poorest we had in all Thailand . Not worth the money we pay for

Loved my time at this hotel!

Breakfast had a good selection along with cook to order meals. The location was great and easily walkable to many popular locations. Room was large and very comfortable. Great staff. Free parking available for scooter / bike etc.

Too dark, kind front staff, stay elsewhere.

I loved the staff at this hotel. They were attentive and caring when I got sick with food poisoning, when I went on my tours to and from destinations, etc. The front desk staff are the true gems of this property and the security guard was always so kind when greeting me in the morning and night.

Everything is so dark. A few lights in my room werent working, the outside blinds were a bit damaged, and room service was really slow and unresponsive. The layout of the room was bit chaotic and it tries a bit too hard to be cool.

Superb

Good breakfast, very helpful personnel, stunning room, nice rooftop bar, good food in the restaurant. We received sparkling wine and fruits to the room on the house. The hotel helped us order a private taxi to the airport at 4am in the morning. The area nearest to the hotel is perfect for evening exploring.

Water pressure under the showed could be stronger. We used a laundry service (3kg of clothes) and 2 shirts came back shrinked, all other pieces were fine. The hotel doesnt take responsibility for the laundry service provide by extrrnal company but in our case they agreed not to charge us for it.

Superb

Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The beds were comfortable and I especially liked the pillow sprays to help you sleep. The rooms at the front of the hotel were quiet despite being on the road side.

Not too sure about the glass fronted swimming pool.
