The lift was not work well. Our friends stuck on more than 10 minutes. A few staffs tried to help. But they had no key.

Quite place good for 2/3 night stay maximum

Pool and facilities was ok

Room size very small not as mentioned, staff did speak English very very little Restaurant menus was not very international Portions size extremely small We had a snack on our first day next to the pool and the dishes wasnt collected for 2 days We had sunglasses stolen on the sun beds wile having lunch and no effort was done to find the person who did stole it despite there was a security camera facing the sun beds Toilet paper not replaced

The swimming pool. Jacuzzi. The bed. The pillows. The cleanliness of the rooms. The amenities.

A Chinese tour group checked in on the same day as we did. Had we known, we would have stayed somewhere else. Our privacy was ripped off but that's an unfortunate coincident. What could have been avoided, though, is the fact that the restaurant did not keep enough supplies and almost everything was out by 8pm while it operated until 10pm. I witnessed a guy from the tour group just took his shirt off and entered the pool with his pants on. A woman from the tour group who were walking pass by the pool dipped her feet (with slippers on) into the pool to get rid of the sand they collected from the beach. I know this is individual but i couldn't help but felt that the price we paid for the royal suite was not worth the value. The food was quite expensive especially when considering the deliciousness.
