The Hotel was exceptional, very clean, big and friendly staff! It's especially a great option for people who are coming from the Airport to rest a bit between flights etc. Overall, really reccomend!

Comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The shuttle service to the airport is frequent, fast and convenient, the reception is open 24/7 and the staff are halpful and friendly. The room was small but comfortable.

The hairdrier was old, small, had only one, hot setting and was very loud. I'd prefer a more modern hairdrier, ideally not attached to the wall.

The hotel is very well located just 4 mins away from the airport on the shuttle. The front desk people were very polite and helpful, the check in super fast. The internet worked smoothly. Great place to stay overnight if you are having a short stop in Warsaw.

The cleanliness has to be improved. The glasses and pot in the room were so dirty it was not possible to make a tea or coffee. Secondly - the shuttle to the airport. There was a big line at the time we were leaving. I went inside with our daughter, while my husband stayed behind to load our luggage to the shuttle. The driver did not care and simply left without him. So I arrived at the airport with a small child and all the luggage but without my husband. I tried to tell the driver while he was taking off, but he simply did not bother to listen.
