Won't stay there again...

convenient location.

Our truck was burglarized and front glass broken and hotel staff did not notify us. Damage happened on Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning. Police report made and hotel notified but did not tell us. We discovered fronbt passenger window smashed when we were leaving.

Smaller hotel feel in the heart of the city.

Location was great and we got a great rate for the stay. The front desk staff were fabulous and the breakfast bar was a life-saver with Tupelo Honey's not open nearby. All the staff were very courteous, and the room was nice.

It's more of a quirk than a dislikethe hotel rooms are on about the 12th floor (there are direct elevators), and then there's the lobby, so the net effect is that you don't feel like you're in quite as large a hotel.

Everything was fine with the hotel stay

Had 5 bullet holes in my passenger side window of our truck parked in the garage. When I addressed it with the hotel front desk I was told that the hotel has nothing to do with the parking garage!
