Superb

A very stylish hotel in a great location with rooftop bar and pool being a real treat

Room was very stylish and clean and Molton Brown products were nice.

Got changed in communal spa shower when going away and wasnt very nice - plaster off wall and not very clean

Lovely hotel, but should have more hours for children in the spa!

I absoutely loved the spa it was excellent and like a mini muesuem, although it being a family friendly hotel it only had 1 hour for the kids to go and enjoy it! The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but the coffee was a disappointment.

Perfect! We'll definately be coming back.

Such a beautiful hotel on a great location. Very suitable for kids as well, but not too noisy. We had a wonderful free upgrade of our room. Everything was clean and complete. Staff was very kind and always helpful. Delicious breakfast!

Some tiles in the spa/swimming area are loose/broken, that's a thing to get fixed. Everything was clean though.

Hotel decor staff friendly

We arrived at 10AM there was no assistance/effort to get us into our room before their check in time of 3pm we eventually got in at 3.30pm We have travelled alot and run hotels, and never had to wait that long, I understand they have a check in time but I did advise our arrival time, so a lack of co ordination and understanding, at reception, other than that our stay was very pleasant.

Nice break but wasnt worth 1700 for 4 nights for B&B in Oct exc flights

Great view from the roof top, nice walk to the marina and restaurants, breakfast good. Got a better room as thought cloud 9 suite was facing mountain and we got sea facing.

Wasnt a small luxury hotel. Id say 4 star and no way 5 star. The little touches werent there. I found staff werent the most friendly either. Rather jaded.

Good

The hotel was nice and had everything we wanted.

Water and shower pressure was a genuine disappointment. Breakfast should have had a greater choice, for example there were no eggs at all in the buffet and the only way we could have them is by ordering an omelette. These are obvious wins for me and it would be difficult to fault the hotel otherwise.

Comfortable accommodation, great rooftop!

Great rooftop space, good gym, spa was fab, breakfast was outstanding! Beds super comfy and staff very friendly!

Rooms a little tired. Service around the pool a little slow. Beds around pool could do with a refresh!

Ok at best. Disappointed with thre service and staff

Roof top restaurant was great

We arrived to our room. There was no electricity. Then the mini bar wasnt working well. So the drinks werent fresh. We tried twice to book the roof top restaurant but they told us that is was fully booked. 5 min later we go up and they say of course we have availability. The staff wasnt very friendly. Not a good fit for us unfortunately

Luxury experience, wonderful hotel

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful decor. The rooftop pool and restaurant are spectacular. The spa is luxurious. Massage was fantastic. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Loved the room and pretty much everything about this hotel.

Service at breakfast and by the pool was a little slow.
