This hotel received mixed reviews. Some guests felt that the price was not worth it and they could find better rooms for the same cost. However, others found it satisfactory for a short stay. The hot (Read More)el offers separate swimming pools for Muslim women and mixed guests. The view is average, with distant views of the MAHA tower and the sea. Toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, but the location is convenient and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the safety precautions are good. The food and service were highly praised. The absence of hair conditioner was not a major issue.

Old gym Some staff: House keeping: often forget something (water, tissue, toilet paper, towel) Gym & swimming pool: need to ask several times to get towel, sometimes they did not have... Old & dirty carpet in the room

Superb

Spacious room, good breakfast, nearby with city centre and easy to access tourist attraction.

it was okay but there's definitely room for improvements.

the room was okay. housekeeping staff is superb. and the pool for female only was great! the gym was to me kind of well equipped. there was even a welcoming drinks. thats a plus point definitely!

we stayed there for 5 nights. the breakfast was "okay". i seriously expected more as they claimed to be a 4 stars hotel, there's only one type of pastry (only croissant) there was no fresh bread, the butter was in a bowl, jams, peanut butter, "kaya" was all in a bowl. that was not how i imagine 4 for stars hotel should do. the room was okay. housekeeping staff is superb. and the pool for female only was great! the only let down for me was the breakfast. they should upgrade their breakfast to fit the "4 stars" title.

I personally like the strategic location.So the hotel meets my criteria. Very easy to find anything.

I had to say maybe my room only the air conditioner trip power off. But the facilities keep follow up in this case

A clean hotel but may be not be the best for an international stop-off.

It was clean and although not a new place they had maintained it to a good level. The sea view was a "sea view" though it was a bit of a cheat. The side view had been pushed out on a tiny balcony to produce a so-called sea view. Technically correct, but if you are thinking, "Wow - let's open the blinds to something spectacular!", that is not happening in the bulk of cases!

It is quite Islamic. Local Islamic citizens relate well here, but it is not the best for non-Islamic folk, The absolute ban on alcohol and the promotional material on Islam in the room may be disconcerting for international non-religious travellers. As such the clientele is predominately local Bumiputera. Although it is not the end of Earth, you should be aware of this before booking. Expect to pay their extras claimed "tourist tax" even if you are an expat and already pay taxes. Most hotels do not make ex-pats pay tourist tax, because they are not typical tourists.
