Room for improvement!

The place has potential. The setup worked well for our group and our activities there. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I liked the tower, the views from the top are nice, although it seemed a bit incomplete. I liked the dome. It was cute and different. They have tire swings! The location was perfect for our needs, fairly quiet area minus our kids in the pool and the neighbors blasting country music in the morning. It's less than 10 minutes from the beach, but I can see how transportation would be an issue if we didn't have a bus or if it were rainy season. Everyone had a great time overall.

1. We arrived around 3:30 but were told some of us would have to wait an hour for our rooms to be cleaned, which was funny because upon requesting a 12pm check out we were told that they need enough time to prepare the rooms for the next guests. They did grant us the late checkout though. There was some trash on the ground and the tables hadn't been wiped. They just started scooping out stuff from the pool when we arrived. They seemed pretty lax with cleaning in general. 2. Breakfast was included, but there wasn't enough food for my group! There were 18 students and teachers. I thought maybe they just underestimated the first morning, but the second morning it was just as small! Had we not had leftovers from lunch the day before (which they did heat up for us) and snacks we brought from home there would've been a lot of sad tummies. 3. The rooms were not stocked properly. No drinking water, some didn't have toiletries, some complained of stained towels. Curtains were stained in some places. 4. The pool is missing some tiles leaving sharp edges that left small gashes and scrapes on three from our group. Also two people reported getting rashes after using the pool. It's saltwater, but it probably needs something else to kill germs. 5. The family room and the dome above it smell terrible. The dome seems to have mold on some parts too. The family that was supposed to stay there were able to move at no extra cost. The other domes we got were ok though, just looked a bit dirty in some corners and quite hot in the afternoon. 6. The road in was a bit bumpy. They might want to fill it in a bit at least. I really want to recommend this place, even use it again in the future, but they've gotta step up their game.

Criminally overpriced. A little effor and it could be a great place.

Pool was nice and clean. No slide or rafts like in the pictures though. Tower is a neat idea. At the bottom of the National Park, so pretty area.

Horribly maintained. All rooms are filled with mold, especially domes. Will make you cough. Linens and towels are dirty. Tower is rusting and ugly, no effort. No tables set out for meals or chilling. Chairs are plastic and uncomfortable. Horrible coffee and little effort for food. Very hard to get a ride if you dont already know someone or have your own.

Peaceful stay, lovely pool, very helpful staff

A peaceful hidden gem, perfect stay for our NYE getaway. The staff were excellent and really made our stay. The dome was comfortable and clean, a touch smaller than expected but it didnt infringe on the quality of our stay. Lovely clean pool and nice affordable cocktails at the bar.

Its not the closest to Kep Beach and there werent too many restaurants or food options available nearby but this wasnt an issue for us as we were travelling elsewhere to eat anyway. The only food/snack available at the resort when we were there was noodles but there was a BBQ to cook your own food.

Very good

I like it and would totally come up to this place again.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. He even helped assisted setting up a table and bbq place for my family to eat dinner. He also made sure to burn incense to shoo away mosquitoes which I found to be very thoughtful

no breakfast and other food,no drink,no service at all...I believe it's due to the COVID-19 pandemic,but the hotel didn't put any notice about this service unavailable condition, it rained day and night,no place to go but stay in the roomStarved and caught cold,horrible trip experience. I feel so sorry.

An excellent place to relax

The location is perfect, because is not to close from city or restaurants or bars, is inside a very peaceful and quit village, and close enough to go out and see or eat something by the beach. Also they offer bicycle for guests. If you like to cycle and hiking you can explore more Kep or Kep national park. The staff are completely lovely and kind, they are always ready to help you. Pool is perfect and clean. The campfire is amazing and perfect to have a fun with some friends or family.

As I came during the Covid-19 time. The restaurant is close now.
