Good for once

Loved the location, staff, amenities and prompt services. Breakfast was mostly good too but needs more pesco and vego options. Food signs were also lacking.

There was a misunderstanding of the bill at the rooftop bar when we went to pay, she thought it was a tip. Upon check out, we had to pay 1 of the 2 bills again saying that because we signed it to our room, it was considered a tab. There was so much noise at night within the hotel since walls are very thin. Leaking toilet on the side too. Would not stay again.

Superb

Great spot in HCMC

Great location in a popular part of Ho Chi Minh City, but you felt tucked away from the main street. The hotel were easy to deal with and provided options for airport pick up if needed, they also had a 24 hour reception which was great for late night arrivals. Breakfast had an excellent amount of choices to fuel you for the day and the rooftop pool and bar was great to relax in during rhe heat of the afternoon.

I recommend!!!

Honestly, this hotel exceeded our expectations! Extraordinary location, exemplary cleanliness, varied and tasty breakfast, exceptional staff. I highly recommend!

The fact that noise could be heard from the adjacent rooms. But, after a day of walking around the city or after a trip, you fell asleep in the end even with this noise.

Great hotel, comfy bed and perfect location.

This hotel is in a great location just one street away from the Ben Thanh market. Surrounded by bars, restaurants etc Room was clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The jacuzzi needed to be a few degrees hotter
