Loved Adelaide, excellent accommodation

We liked the fact that we had more space than simply booking a hotel room. We loved the view over Adelaide and it was near enough for us to walk into the centre of Adelaide if we wanted to. We chose the apartment as it was on the right side of the city for the longer trips we had planned. We were able to make use of the washing machine and happily there was a kettle and toaster (very important to us!). There is a small kitchen so had we wanted to cook we could have done so and a selection of pans to facilitate this. The apartment had comfortable beds, clean bed linen and towels. As at Nov 23 there were a couple of places to eat very close by (and good food too), though walking into Adelaide you can find plenty on offer.

The electricity pole a few feet from the balcony of the apartment we were in was a little unnerving. It caused no issues, rain or shine. But then as we were out most of the time it didnt actually affect us.

Overall it was good , but they charge me more I booked it at booking.com and I told them I will be there at this time, I had time to change or cancel I booked it couple of days when I was about to leave I received call from palm you have to pay more because youre coming this time, I was helpless I paid them because I had appointment and I couldnt cancel it. My only request to travelers please do confirm the rate and time before leaving . Management shouldnt be greedy I paid them around 800$ for one night , as I reached I had paper in my apartment which say you have to leave at 8 am . I reached 1 pm and I have to wake up before 8 , I couldnt sleep and I went in the morning they said we have booked you for today it was just for last night. I paid you still I have to leave early. This was pathetic and unprofessional behaviour. Please make sure your amount and time of arrival with palm else they will charge you, they will never tell you. Even I told them on booking.com but still they took this money. I felt really bad .

The Palms Apartments were a very clean and comfortable base for us to explore Adelaide by foot or by car.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean apartment. We all voted that the mattresses were super comfortable! Secure, undercover parking on site. Great location.

Love the location but need to rethink bathroom appointments & bedside lamps

Its location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Spacious apartment

Not enough towel rail space in the bathroom. Lack of seperate shower. Needs cupboard space & flat surface to put things on. A chest of drawers in the bedroom would be handy & the lamps on the bedside tables were totally unsuitable for reading in bed.
