Clean rooms, great views & free coffee/snacks! The manager, Jin, is our favourite person that weve met in Thailand & is the reason we came back to Adamaz house 3 times during our time here.

Lovely staff, tired hotel

Lovely staff. Was checked in by a fantastic lady who accommodated my early morning arrival including providing coffee. Great location close to the river and Khaosan (if that's your thing) but far enough away to be quiet.

Floors were dirty, room was not cleaned, no fresh water/towels given. Having read other reviews I should have asked for this? Shower leaked. The place felt tired in general, the walls in the room were marked and dirty, and the table was broken. Safe did not work. Apparently they haven't in ages. Perhaps remove from room/description?

Money is much more important than customer service.

Good location

The air con in the room didnt work, we spent an uncomfortable night. Reported the problem in the morning. They didnt fix it and lied about the hotel being full saying they couldnt move us to another room. Then when challenged about the hotel not actually being full they offered an upgraded room, but wanted full additional payment for it, despite our previous uncomfortable night and inconvenience and would not even negotiate one baht off the increase. They refused to make any concession whatsoever leaving us no choice to check out and stay elsewhere for the second night, which of course they also refused to offer any refund for. Money to these people is far more important than customer service.

The place is in a good location. No outside noise except the calming beauty of the birds singing. Khaosan is just around the corner but your not getting the noise of the party goers of the night. The bed was quite comfy.

The place is rather cramped. No space to store your luggage or to even move comfortably around the apartment. It's like a fenced garden house on top of the rooftop. The bathroom and outside seating area was flooded when it rained. There are also some cctv cameras in the accommodation that are pointing at the entrance. However, it felt rather uncomfortable and as if our privacy was invaded. The fence is supposed to give privacy but it doesn't meet any safety requirements. The AC wasn't working, neither did the safe. However, the owners refused to give us a discount. Also they don't tell you anywhere and the photos don't reveal it either but the rooftop actually houses two identical units and doesn't offer any privacy.

Good value for money!

Good value for money, clean room with comfortable bed . Good location, even though very close to the Khaosan Road , you dont get the noise at all , and that street can get super loud in the evening. I love the lady from the reception , probably the owner , nice , friendly and funny
