Private free beach was really a big bonus. Their flexibility about early check in and late check out was very helpful. View from the balcony was nice. Kitchen facilities in the room were much more than expected. Parking area was very satisfactory.

They might think about pricing for long term guests. We were planning to stay 10 more nights including new year but we could not efford it due to more than double pricing near new year day.

This was the 3rd time for us in this hotel, I feel like that already says a lot about the hotel. The hotel itself has a great location its only a 30-second walk from the beach and the restaurants nearby are very nice. The rooms and all of the common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely helpful and very kind, we've had a very good experience. We've spent Christmas there and the hotel had the Christmas spirit and they had special programs during this time. We had spent my moms birthday there and they surprised us with a chocolate cake and a few extra goodies from the breakfast place. It was very thoughtful. The breakfast is very good as well they have a wide range of meals everyone can easily find something that they like. Next time we're going to Dubai well pick this hotel again.

Great stay for families looking for a beach holiday in Dubai!

First of all, the service is great and guest-orientated. We were allowed to check-in 5 hours early and check-out 1 hour late, thank you! We accepted the breakfast package that was offered at check-in. Better value than eating walk-in. There are breakfast venues outside the hotel but we found it more practical to start the day in-house. The hotel is perfect for families with babies. My wife cooked meals for our baby in the room. The kitchen is definitely enough. Supermarket across the road is also a bonus! The beach is nice, the rooftop pool is a bit small but adequate. Not too far away from downtown (taxi is about 50-60 AED). There is a close and nice mall (Nakheel Mall) nearby, just 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The service at the beach can be improved. We asked for one of the combo offers, but it was not available. If not available, it should not be offered as a special offer. Then we ordered something else, the order was mixed-up and we waited more than 1 hour for the meal. Such things happen, but the indifferent reaction from the staff at the beach was like it was all normal.

Great location and lovely staff who where very attentive

We had a room over looking the road, the noise was terrible with beeping cars and the traffic was so bad until the early hours of the morning so we lost sleep

Amazing location. Easy parking and in out location. low rise building with many lifts so no waiting to come in and out. The coffee machine and bed are just perfect comfort

Staff at reception need better training - can not complete many activities without sending a whatsapp to some one!
