The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was very quiet and the usual noise (noisy guests or sounds from outside) werent an issue. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well laid out.

The bathroom door is a sliding glass door so it was a bit awkward to close and lit up the room when someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night. It wasnt terrible, just more something to consider if you have kids or are sharing the room with others.

It worked but does not work when traveling with children

It was helpful to have breakfast on site and that you could order fresh food as well as the buffet.

A bigger room and accommodations that allowed you to have children in your room, 2 beds when you are traveling with a boy and girl does not work.

Great hotel for a couple of nights!

Great staff and super comfy beds! VERY clean room.

They need better soundproofing because you can hear the airplanes and $27 to park in El Segundo is a JOKE.

The room was clean. The front desk was friendly

Id like to provide some feedback regarding additional charges at the property. Airport transfer services and additional amenities, like a glass of milk, are subject to fees. While complimentary Wi-Fi is available, I found its speed to be slow, particularly for streaming purposes, which incurs a charge of $15. Furthermore, during my visit to the bar, I was informed about the $4 charge for a glass of milk only after it was served to me. I suggest that guests be informed about such charges in advance to avoid any surprises.

We requested a quiet room and had to endure a party going on next door. The rooms are not very soundproof. When we complained about the noise they sent someone up to our room and nothing was done about it. Never slept the whole night. The wait to check in was long as they only had one staff member. Very disappointing stay as all our other hotels throughout our 10 day road trip were fabulous. Too bad we had to encounter this horrible stay our last night in California.
