Good

Very nice hotel in good location with friendly helpful staff.

Location, staff very helpful, especially manager who arranged for us to change rooms and maintenance man who found us a new coffee machine.

Bathroom door was very difficult to open and close in first room we occupied. Shower gel containers in both rooms were empty.

As a BonVoy member I was very disappointed in the level of help I received.

Thomas at the front desk was very helpful in solving our room problem.

Initial room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I requested a change of room, I was told there wasnt anything yet. I waited, still only offered the same room, but they would come spray something. That didnt happen. Quickly and it didnt help much. After calling Bookkng.com I got a call from Thomas, a different front desk worker who had found us a different room! The two women at the desk really didnt try very hard to do what he did, find a room for us. I was not rude with either of them, they just didnt want to do it! Thank you Booking.com!!!

Fantastic hotel and experience

I love that a Starbucks is downstairs. The design and layout of the hotel is amazing. The hotel rooms are perfect. House keepers are superb and reliable. The shower heads are great. Plus, the location is in the middle of everything.

Valet takes too long with their services. The lobby bathroom was destroyed and water was on the floor.

Good hotel, good amenities, Starbucks inside hotel.

Breakfast is $18+ extra and most of what I wanted was an add on, also I wish I could add the valet into my room charge, minor inconveniences for an otherwise fantastic hotel
