Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and clean.

Our room was facing the street so we could hear the traffic but we didnt realize our window had been left open. I would just advise to check that.

Nice little hotel.

Loved the hotel and service. Would definitely come back.

I liked everything, from the moment you walk in the lobby to leaving to check out.

There is no free parking for guest.

Always clean facilities and courteous staff. Breakfast is delicious and variety of options available. Location is a short train ride to downtown Boston.

Pleasant

Pleasant but could have been better.

Beds were comfy, gentleman in breakfast room and Cory at bar pleasant and friendly. The lavender sauces were a very pleasant touch, gym was well equipped, pool area small but clean.

Hair in our towels, shower not adequately cleaned on arrival body wash all down the bottle , no garbage bags for wet garbage( food, tea bags,etc.) had to ask for hot water when cold water and coffee in the Lounge at all times. Gym - people kept coming in to take water from fridge, post work out there was none left. Suggestion of wipes to wipe down equipment after use( gym people use to that).asked for towels at front desk they did not arrive until next day when room was cleaned however still no garbage bags or restock of tea bags, body wash still over outside of container.

Beautiful Very clean Friendly staff

The temp of the room went from stuffy hot , to blasting cold air ! Would have liked clean towels each day without asking the maid. No cups in the bathroom for brushing teeth?
