Absolutely loved the food, espcially the breakfast buffet and the whole vibe of the place. It was amazing to go to the safaris in the day and just sit around and relax or walk around the property in the evenings.

When travelling by cab or public transport, getting to the safari became a little difficult in the moring hours as some forms needed to be filled at the desk site which was far away from the resort location.

looks the hotel reservation wasnt happy receiving the booking from Booking.com

location, overall layout of the resort

Front office representative rude attitude, bathroom door was to be repaired twice in front of us, iron board was provided as if its a poorly budget hotel, smelling mattress was provided in place of the cot, pool change room was converted into waste room, had to wait for more than an hour for the towels at the pool, food spread was limited, No TV in the room
