Superb

Staff is very helpful, food is pretty good.

Location is a bit tricky but once tou get to the property, it's pretty good. The food doesn't do any favour to the foeign guests.

Okay, nothing stands out and nothing was exceptional.

Nothing stood out, it was ok.

The rooms had some smell and they dusted a powder to get rid of that dingy smell that comes when the room hasn't been open for a long time. The bathroom had hand-held shower, that did not even detach from the holder and to take a shower, instead of using the shower, you end up rotating yourself! The check-in or check-out wasn't as seamless as one expects from a high-star hotel.

Nothing !!! The person on reception was ver adament to credit the points to members account and said since the booking was from third party can't credit the points. And next time use direct portal not third party.

Not worth sending so much and even the breakfast was not included.
