The location is great with a very nice view from the room. There are few restaurants and supermarkets just few minutes walk. Subway is 5 mins walk. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. It is nice to have a kitchene when traveling with a family. There are pool table and ping-pong table at the 8th floor. We enjoyed them with our kids. Highly recommend The Original Pancake House for breakfast (about 10 mins walk) !!! Great variety of pancakes, waffles, crepes and other dishes. It is always crowded and you may need to queue for 10 mins but it is absolutely worth it! The overall experience is cool!

There is only 1 frying pan that sticks which is not very comfortable if you need to cook. Not a great problem but a tiny detail. The only thing we did not like was that the room booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) was not ready with the sleeping sofa. Based on the previous comments we were aware of this potential trouble but hoped it was not a regular problem. Looks like it is. There were no pillows, blankets and bed linen for the sofa. Considering our late check in that was a bit uncomfortable. I had to ask for all at the reception. So if you do not find it in your room, please ask the reception staff immediately (they might be unavailable at night time).

The location is not central to all the sites/walking distance for winter. However, in the summer it's possible but not with children. Uber is essential if you're staying at this location. Parking, I believe, was $65/night, so Uber it was. It's super convenient/nice to have an Aldi grocery store on the corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics necessary. Also, there was a stackable washer/ dryer. The game room was nice, and my kids enjoyed it. The building felt very secure. The staff was very friendly. Eric gave great recommendations! I'd recommend staying here as it was comfortable and felt like home rather than a hotel.

I had some issues the TV and mildew in the primary shower door. Other than that, there's nothing else negative that can be said regarding our stay.

Nice but not worth the price.

I liked the location & I liked the feeling you are part of a community within the city. People bring their dogs in/out of the building at all times. The staff at the front desk is lovely & helpful.

I've been coming to Level One on Wells almost since it opened. In the beginning (like all new places) the accommodations were immaculate. Now, the windows haven't been cleaned in a long time - leaving a dullness and unclear view of the city. The baseboards are dirty (haven't been dusted in a long time), paint is chipping around the windows & sliding glass doors. The kitchen at one time was stocked with almost everything you needed. Now it's the bare minimum. The bathroom used to have individual Molton Brown products - now its a small bar of soap and products fixed to the shower wall. For the price you pay per night, I expected more. I'm not sure I would stay here again. I was that disappointed.
