I got decoration for my girlfriends birthday and for what I paid which was quite expensive there wasnt a great deal of decoration. Expected more

Not as good as previous stays at Hotel Indigo and as a IHG member was disappointed.

Bed was comfy. Wifi was good

Room was freezing we could not warm it up. Coffee cups were not cleaned nor were the spoons. No milk or coffee replaced on second day stay.

One of the nicest of the many gorgeous hotels weve been to.

The rooms and all other parts of the building was gorgeous and so well looked after. It felt very modern and luxurious. It was in a great location.

Other than no toilet brush and we couldnt stay longer, it was AMAZING.

How ideal it was, it was in the middle of everything didnt have to go to far for what we wanted plus it is right behind the arena

Only one think that there wasnt ventilation for the bathroom so door had to be kept open when taking a shower

Only the location is good

This is not my first time in Manchester but the first time in this hotel. The bathroom was so dirty and full of hair ( you can imaging what type of hair) and the floor was dirty and stained. The shower box and basin got flooded so quickly. No slippers, no water, no amenities!!!! I called twice for tea bags and water and they said will bring in 10 minutes but did not bring at all. No one to help you with the luggage at all And you have to drag your luggage few stairs Bad Bad service I will never stay there again
