Rubbish and waste of money

Clean and new

Beds werent comfy none of the tvs worked moved rooms and 2 in morning because room was so loud got told we were being upgraded, wasnt upgraded and tv still didnt work. Someone came up to try fix and couldnt fix it got offered late check out at 3pm !! Why would I want late check out with no tv or phone service by the way ! Couldnt go on my phone or use the tv and there response was sorry it happens a lot. Really wouldnt bother, not great location either

Enjoyable

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was very clean also.

The lighting isnt great, either in the bathroom or main room, which is a bit annoying when youre trying to get ready for a night out.

The location and we felt safe at the hotel

The room was small although we booked a family room, lightning was really dim and the air condition wasnt working ..the first two nights were so cold until they brought us the fan, two of the receptionist were welcoming and smiling ...and unfortunately two were not.. no view from my room , we can't open the curtains because there is person fixed outside all day

The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Got no sleep.

Got 3 hours sleep. Too noisy and the room was filled with smoke from people smoking weed which entered through the vents. Not great for my 9 year old.
