Restaurant Food, Pool Area, Housekeeping Service and In Room Dining are good

a. Property shows Sea View Rooms in its advertiisement posts but while booking hides these details somewhere between the lines. b. Some of their Privilege Suites (Garden View Rooms) actually face a very poorly maintained garden, which is not pleasant. c. There is a foul smell coming all over the propoerty from a nearby Nallah which is very strong. In Maps property seems like having its own beach. d. Beach is around a kilometer away on foot as one has to take a long detour, cross that nallah on foot to reach the beach. e. Property is not well maintained. I stayed in a suite and their door lock had reust all over. You can see minor wear and tyear in walls or areas where paint work has been poorly done. In bathroom, granite on which wash basin stands was coming out.

Room service, cultural events at night, spacious property, play facilities for kids, courteous staff

Breakfast can start at 7 am instead at 8 am 24 hours dining service will be very useful Access to beach not comfortable and hence cannot be accessed.

Great hotel!

We had a great time at Sterling Puri. The staff was great and very attentive, any minor issues were dealt with quickly. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel area is nice and well-maintained. There is a beach nearby.

Unfortunately, the beach is quite dirty and the access was not ideal. There is room for improvement in this area.
