Superb

A great value for money choice.

Exceptional staff, great welcome plus lots of information, rooftop restaurant, part terrace and part enclosed but either way with wonderful views over the lake and lake palace. Room clean and functional except room safe was not operational.

I was there in January and the room was rather cold despite the small heater provided. In fairness this seems to be a common problem in Rajastan

Good Location, Cooperative Staff, Hygienic Rooms for a comfortable stay

The hotel is near major attractions in the old city of Udaipur. The city Palace, Bagore ki Haweli, Pichola Lake, Jagdish Mandir. The restaurant of the hotel is Lake Facing. Rooms were above average would say. The staff was cooperative and hospitable. Harsh, Irshaad, and Gyan Singhji are doing a great job to go at lengths to provide high-quality service.

Majorly things did look good. The old faction of the Property can be improved with a bit of Modern Architecture

Disappointing

Would not recommend the place for a comfortable stay.

Location, information provided by front desk was helpful, front desk folks were helpful, rooftop restaurant food was good & view from rooftop was beautiful.

We requested 3 rooms together four months before arrival & got rooms on three different floors which was very inconvenient. Rooms were in bad shape, curtains were torn, toilet wasnt flushing so had to change rooms, very dim lighting, very hard mattress.

A complete tip off.

Exceptional hospitality by the owner and Irshad.

Pictures on the online booking platforms are misleading. The rooms are small and even if the booking app promises you a lake view room, you still don't get it. The room is tiny and so is the washroom. Not value for money at all.

A beautiful place to stay in Udaipur, especially with a thunderstorm unfolding over the lake.

Fabulous view from the top terrace. Comfortable room, and reliable hot water. The manager was extremely helpful with maps, general advice and sorting out transport. Thanks so much Yash :) Excellent location, near the lake, shops, and cafes.

The beautiful marble floors and stairs bounce noise around pretty well (crying babies at night) but this seems to be typical of the old Havelis in Rajasthan. Ear plugs fix everything!

Superb

We had a very nice stay at this haveli.

We particularly liked the location: Our room had a lovely view over the lake and we had access to our own private roof terrace on the floor above which had an even better view. There was also a very nice view from the roof terrace restaurant. Plus it was also only a short distance to walk to the palace. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, beautiful rooms, and Harsh - the best host in Udaipur

A superb location with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Harsh was particularly helpful, he made sure we got good prices when we went shopping and just personally ensured we were comfortable and safe. Jaiwana hotel felt like the perfect home base. Honestly excellent value for money. But the personal care taken with the guests sets this place apart in my opinion. I brought my sister and cousin along, their first trip to India and they were very well taken care of. I'll be recommending it to my friends and family.
