Excellent place to stay. Just more communication needed of amenities are out of service

Had a beautiful room, so spacious and we equipped. Great location also

Spa and gym out of service, which given the price of the property we were disappointed about as wed planned on using it in the morning. Failure to tell customers about this prior to booking o find disappointing

Superb

The newly refurbished rooms are really good, rooms are very big, big beds, 50inch TV. Nespresso coffe coffee machine. Very comfortable stay. We even had a Christmas tree in the room...nice touch.The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and few minutes to city centre.

The old not refurbished part of the hotel is very dated. Just to say if you're booking room ask for room on 7th or 8th floor. Ones is finished the hotel will be superb.
