Poor air conditioning and road facing noises

Location

Air conditioning is purposely kept at a higher temperature- maybe it helps them have less electricity bills but it makes the stay very uncomfortable. The road facing rooms are noisy especially at night when big trucks pass by.

Will never visit or recommend this hotel to anyone

Location near airport, good service in the restaurant

Dont expect Radisson as you may know it from US or Europe. For Scandinavian traveller the hotel is a shock: front desk has no idea about standard check in and check out process. They cannot find booking, give 2 working room keys nor check any room special requirements. Upon leaving they cannot handle international credit cards. Very useless especially Mrs Anamika. Business rooms are run down, door handles, Honeywell aircondition controls dont work. Room is furnished for 1 pair of slippers and childrens size badthrobe. If 2 people are staying you have to request required quantity. Lamps are so dirty with dust it is a fire hazard. Ground floor toilets are broken and filthy. Overall building management is ignored. Not worth to stay snd very surprised to see Radisson allows this from brand perspective. Wondering how they got 4 stars, even some backpacking guesthouses in Asia are better than this hotel.

Never staying at this hotel again.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Our linen bed linen had a stench and felt like it was not changed. Although,they did change it once we requested for it.

Disappointing

Everything except what I did not like....

There was some creepy and mystery noise coming from the ceiling. Someone trying to barge in or running here and there.. It started from 4AM till 6AM.. we stayed on the 6th floor and could not sleep since it was so loud. Called up the room service thrice and once even the staff came up to check and during that time, there was no noise and once he left, it started again... we gave our suggestion during check out too.

Worst experience ever

Nothing at all

It was the worst experience of my life. The front desk made me wait for an hour without having the courtesy of even offering water. I mean this can't get more disgusting. I called front desk for some help but nobody ever helped Radisson is in my boycott list and I will ensure it is in my social circle boycott list too.
