It was great to get an upgraded room with balcony without requesting but the front office need to add more people as you have wait for the check in and it takes time, plus some room amenities should have been there. Rest everything was excellent. Beautiful property and great services

Nice ambience

The guy at the checkout was bit rude and put us in the room that was smelling like drainage. We did complain and they did put room freshener but it didn't solve the problem. One of the side night lamp was not working. The shower gel in the washroom was open. One of the faucet in the washbasin was not working. The shower door was not closing properly. The room was too cold. We requested someone to change the temperature thrice but no one came. We ordered in room dinning. The food came an hour late and was cold. We paid for it and then the another guy came to the room in the middle of the night to ask for the money that was already paid..no bill was given to us for the food..no change back was offered as well. Overall, very unpleasant experience. Won't recommend to anyone
