1. No facilities to park cars inside the property. We have to park the cars on the road! How ridiculous is that. There are no decent shower & bathroom facilities for the drivers. It just doesn't make sense for the drivers to drive for 8-10 hours and not expect a decent bathroom or shower. 2. Key Card when inserted inside the slot in the room never worked & the power kept going off every few minutes. This caused a lot of problems to my aged parents who literally had to beg with the Front Desk for a different room at 5:00 AM in the morning, after suffering from erratic power in the room for more than 2+ hours! 3. The corridors were stinking (especially the 3rd Floor) and there was no circulation of fresh air. 4. I had booked 3 Rooms and till date the reward points that I earned haven't been added to my Radisson profile. Still not added while writing this review, in spite of repeated messages to the Hotel! This is 4 DAYS after I have checked out & they just haven't bothered to answer my query regarding this. SIMPLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & RIDICULOUS! For the inflated & exorbitant prices (seasonal) I paid, the experience was certainly NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID & not what you would expect from an elite brand like RADISSON. Trust me, for the ridiculous amount I was charged, I could have found better options or I expected better facilities & options! Basic Amenities to the support staff traveling with guests need to be provided.

To start with, there was no hotel staff to take up our suitcase to the room during our check-in at 10 pm after a long and tiring train journey. The water supply to our room suddenly stopped the very next morning and it took a phone call to the reception and ten minutes to get it going again. Breakfast was good but the inefficiency of the staff was quite obvious because they had to be reminded to provide cutlery and napkins at our table not just at our table but the adjoining one too. The single dosa I ordered also required three reminders and fifteen minutes to be delivered. The missing cutlery issue was repeated twice when we ordered room service too. Finally to top everything up, on the day of our departure at 6 am, when we pressed the elevator button, we were surprised to see that the elevator had no lights inside. It's only after the bell boy reassured us that the elevator was working and that he would report the lighting issue, did we take the lift down to the lobby. We did voice our concerns to the manager who promised to look into these issues. Nevertheless such things are unexpected in the first place considering that this is an international hotel with a 4 star rating.
