Overall, guests had a delightful experience at King Street Townhouse. The afternoon tea was delicious, with amazing staff providing excellent service. Room 20 had beautiful toiletries and linens, but (Read More) an awkward bed frame and missing radio. The breakfast had a great selection and quality produce. The spa package was enjoyable, despite a booking mix-up, and the massage by Zara was outstanding. The hot rooms and thermal spa provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

Second visit...and will return!!!

My second stay within a few months....fabulous place if you feel like a treat!!! Great spa...also an infinity pool with a city view. Cool decor throughout, plenty of books in the room, should you forget yours! Excellent bathroom with your room, with Espa brand toiletries.. It was lovely to be greeted by reception staff (also in the spa), remembering from the last stay...generally find the staff are friendly and helpful. This visit, I booked afternoon tea...really nice experience, good gluten free cakes (pre-ordered), great conversation with one of the f & b hosts (sorry name escapes me - but a from Ireland, he was!) Good breakfast is made to order, of good quality. Just a mere few minutes walk to metro stop, making Manchester easily accessible, including the airport.

Not a dislike - but just be aware there is one, small lift, so it can take time - on the plus side, you often get time to converse with new people...!!!

Lovely city base - soendy but nothing like it

Comfortable bed, hot tub, nice amenities, good restaurant on site

Nothing! Would appreciate some pillow selection (very squishy) but probably could have asked.

I loved the room and the infinity pool. Lovely decor for Christmas

I just didnt like the wait on the food and drinks the service was very very slow. I run a restaurant myself and I cook all the food. Ive never waited 40 minutes for breakfast before in my life. It wasnt even busy

The room was beautiful and spacious, spa was nice, the pool area was nice.

There wasnt a Netflix type of option. Afternoon tea needed 24 hrs notice

I would rate more stars if I could! A beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations.

Had a perfect stay on Christmas Day! Absolutely beautiful interior, spacious rooms, lovely staff and great facilities. We went to the pool area after checking in, had a great time and even had some time by ourselves in the pool overlooking Manchester! Will definitely be booking again very soon.

There is nothing i dislike about this property, i will definitely be booking again!
