But this time I had a very bad experience with your staff, I met Mr. Amman in your reception, this parson does not deserve good feedback, I am very disappointed with this parson, I told him that today is my booking day and I requested him to please check my booking and provide us a room but this guy is ignoring me in a very bad manner., This is my last visit to your hotel and next time I will not stay at your property and will not recommend it to anyone I know, And this feedback I will shearing with my social media page,

Internet was very bad in the room Fridge was not working at all times Cattle was not working after calling 3 times it was changed Unnecessary door bells for asking laundry or cleaning Restaurant floor was very smelly And access road to the hotel (last 100meters) is in very bad condition

Worst stay, not worth the money at all.

Nothing apart from comfortable bed.

Hospitality was poor nobody accompanied me with my luggage to the room neither anyone accompanied me when I checked out, electric kettle of the room was broken, towels were dirty some of them were torn, tv didn't worked properly even after complaining to the room service it didn't worked well, the staff was very inhospitable, they didn't allowed my uber auto to come to the entrance gate and even then no staff took my luggage to the vehicle I booked, at this price point there was no complementary breakfast provided, the location of the hotel was very bad the connecting road was damaged. There was nothing good in this hotel, worst ever hotel experience.

Not too comfortable this my second stay

Easy check-in

Not so clean, was smelling damp, and the towels were quite old. Wi-Fi isnt working most of the time. Hotel staff failed to assist and responded that I was the only one complaining about Wi-Fi.
