Exceptional

The view is what makes this property unique. What the management has managed to achieve is to combine the natural view with an equally competent staff to create something really appealing. The entire staff, be it reception, housekeeping, F&B, security, were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. It was truly a delight to spend our time at RAGAMAYA and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent, best part is that they are pet friendly.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff

Way to the property had to be clearly communicated otherwise it can be quite tricky to reach the place specially at night. Also they should allow pets to the open restaurant.

Overall it was just about okay, nothing to brag about.

Good views, some items on the menu. Courteous and welcoming staff.

Heard quite a bit about the place....but failed to impress!! Fantastic setting with a great view, but that's just about it. Having had an horrible experience in the restaurant, Cleanliness and hygiene is not upto standards for a resort in this category. Some items on the menu is quite tasty and prepared well, but few others are unpleasant and prepared from frozen foods. Must say the staff is very courteous and welcoming. Can't conclude without a word about the poor location, but i guess the view from the room balcony makes it up a bit. Overall it was just about okay, nothing to brag about, but being a place that was recommended by people visiting some time ago i feel like the standards have dropped.
