Poor

Fair enough but personally wouldnt stay again

The rooms were nice and had a good view and was very clean and comfortable.

It is quite far outside city center we went outside and looked about for food places and such and there was nothing really there. Also on arrival we where told we would be staying in a new extension witch was not an issue until we tried to find our room, it was like a maze

You first lied the amount had been returned on 18th of November. "

Blocked toilet and I had to use another room for the toilet. Thanks to the cleaner

Facilities

Terrible messed up glitch! They deducted close to 300 pounds from my card for no apparent reason and when check with them, they said system glitch! I checked in on 25th, 27th they did this. Spoiled my whole mood for the journey! Today is the 1st of January. The money is not in my account yet and still on hold!
