The most bad staff I have come across. No smooth check in. The room wasn't clean. No good facilities. The washrooms weren't clean had small insects. Unnecessary disturbance at the night by knocking at the wrong door. A very bad stay experience.

I did not like this stay with Aarya Regency. Poor facilities. Low quality room. Breakfast was bad. I think they and booking .com should disclose all tncs before booking of hotel from website

Bad idea to stay at Aarya regency

I did not like anything from this hotel, it was my worst experience in Pune

First of all, they did not let us in because of the room availability and they were charging for early (1 hr ) room check inn, The room was pretty messed up when we went inside and there were water leaking through the AC and nobody took care of it even after complaining twice a day. I dont want to even talk about their behaviour and breakfast quality.
