Avoid run down smoke n mirrors

Don't stay here, avoid. Unsanitary house top to bottom an absolute joke. My 40th was ruined by this premium accommodation, nowhere in the world on my extensive travels hsve I ever felt so shafted as I am by any operator.

Dead roaches on every level, long black hairs in sinkd n floor, greasy marks on every surface, leaky smell toilets, makes you itchy after a few nights sleep, busted pool umbrella,, pool filter not working full of alge n leaf matter, unsafe switched ready to zap someone, roaches living in locked cupboards in the garage, used toilet paper rolls upon arrival, no cleaning products a broken mop n no bucket. I'm sure I'm missing alot more but I'm sure you r getting the idea by now... Upon late check in greated to all of the above spending 4hrs cleaning a premium property to make it covid safe, clean and sanatized for incoming guests. Prior history given to us, 3previous cleaners have been changed in the past few mths obviously cost cutting using cheaper cleaners and yet to find a reliable one leaving you the guest a grotty mess to walk into. No pre arrival inspection was obviously done otherwise I would not be here writing this review as I am. As a gold coast regular I've spent way less and gotten much more, you can do better than this run down dump do yourself a favour and move on to find something else unless you're blinded by the smoke and mirrors like I was.

Wonderful house + great views + brilliant location = awesome weekend!

The location was brilliant; easy walking distance to Cavill Mall; awesome views of the city and river and just a fabulous weekend had by all! A really great house; we had a large family group and everyone had their own space and plenty of room to chill or to get together; wonderful stay!

Wonderful accommodation, easy to get to, spacious and great outlook over the river. Great facilitates, large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and outdoor areas. Quiet location, perfect for relaxing but still close enough to shops, restaurants and entertainment.
